By using the Delivo app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Delivo is a delivery platform that lets you order from nearby stores and restaurants, or request anything else for a rider to bring you. The service is available within defined coverage zones; prices and delivery fees may vary by area and order.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse or misuse the service.
Orders & payment
When you confirm an order you see the total including delivery fees and any discounts. Payment is currently cash on delivery. Promo codes are subject to each offer's conditions and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it starts being prepared or goes out for delivery. After that, cancellation may not be available.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to request illegal goods, abuse promotions, or harm the platform, riders, or vendors.
Liability
We do our best to deliver orders on time and in good condition, but our liability is limited to the value of the disputed order. Vendors are responsible for the quality of their products.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
