Delete your Delivo Station account

You can request the deletion of your Delivo Station (“Delivo”) account and all data linked to it at any time. All we need is the phone number the account is registered with.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at karimfawzy55@gmail.com from any email address, or use the in-app WhatsApp support button.
  2. Include the phone number registered to your account and state that you want your account deleted.
  3. We verify you own the number (via a one-time code sent to it) and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (phone number and name) and saved delivery addresses.
  • Photos attached to “order anything” requests.
  • Your device's push notification token.

What we may keep

We may retain completed-order records and invoices for as long as the law requires (tax and accounting purposes), de-linked from your identity where possible. See the privacy policy for details.

Deletion is permanent — once processed, the account and its order history cannot be recovered.
